Based in the cradle of alpine skiing, Sebi Mall is an Austrian freeskier who is revelling at the chance to take his park skills into the natural playground of the backcountry. Having grown up as a resort skier, and cut his teeth as a four year member of the Austrian National Team, Mall rejuvenated his zest for skiing thanks to the playfulness of friends and the freedom of the backcountry. While his irrepressible energy is always looking for an outlet, in skateboarding, surfing, mountain biking, hiking and climbing, skiing will always be his true love. Scrappy, playful, and high energy, Mall has his sights set on maximizing his versatility, augmenting his huge bag of tricks with ski touring, alpine skills and climbing’s focus and methodicalness, to become more well-rounded and better equipped to play in unimagined terrain and zones. A student of Geology in Innsbruck, he’s connecting book learning with the environments he loves to spend most of his time in.
