Born in Grenoble, Noémie started snowboarding with the club Les 7 Laux at age 9. Starting her snowboarding journey on the French national team, she competed on the European circuit in Slopestyle and Big Air for three years, before switching to freeride in 2022. This transition allowed Noemie to find more self-expression in her riding and brought her closer to nature and the mountains. For the past two winters, she’s been living in Val Thorens and riding with the Freeski Belleville team. Off season, Noémie loves climbing, hiking, alpinism, and in general, anything having to do with spending as much time as she can in the mountains. She’s deeply inspired by friends and family, and most notably, other women who are pushing boundaries in their sport, like Elena Hight, Nina Caprez, and Marion Haerty. Noémie is especially excited about passing on her passion to the next generation of snowboarders—especially young women. “I helped create a pre-season camp called ‘Sister’s Camp’ designed to empower and inspire other women in the outdoor community
